Chocolate Chip Biscuits
115g. (4oz) Butter
90g (3oz) Sugar
180g (6oz) Flour
1 Teas Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Golden Syrup
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1 cup Chocolate Chips.
Cream Butter and Sugar, add Golden Syrup, then the rest of the ingredients.
Roll into small balls, put on to baking Tray lined with Baking paper.
Press the balls with a fork to flatten a little.
Bake 15 minutes, 150° or until lightly browned.
