Corned Beef

Corned Beef - very tasty

Cooked in a slow cooker (mine approx 6 hrs) on high.

2 Kg. Silverside.
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 Carrots, 2 onions cut up.
2 Tablespoons White, or Brown Malt Vinegar, 1 Garlic Clove, 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar.

Note: We all know our own cooker - mine would take between 5 or six hours. Check yours after five hrs just to make sure.
