This recipe looks great in a Ring tin, but otherwise is fine in any other Bowl.
2- 450g Watties 'Baby' Beetroot
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 Teaspoons Horseradich cream
2 cups boiling water
2 Lemon Jellies
1.1/2 cups Beetroot juice, or juice from the two tins is fine.
Put Jelly into mixing bowl with two cups of boiling water and stir until Jellies and boiling water are well mixed and cooled.
Then add Vinegar and Horseradish. Stir well, now add the Beetroot.
If this recipe is to be in a mould - make sure the actual mould has been rinsed out with cold water - shaken, but not dried.
Pour in and chill.
