500g fine Beef Mince
500g Pork Sausage Meat
1 grated Apple
1 grated Carrot
1 egg to mix
1 tablespoon Mild Curry
2 slices white bread - no crusts turned into crumbs.
1 Tablespoon chutney.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Put the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Grease a Loaf tin and place the mixed ingredients in.
Oven 400°
Stand Loaf Tin in larger container half filled with water.
Bake approx. One hour.
Serve with chutney and garlic bread and salad.
