1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda dissolved in 2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Egg
2 Mashed Bananas
2 Tablespoons Milk
Cream butter and sugar, add the beaten egg, then mashed bananas, baking soda and milk the flour, baking powder and two extra tablespoons milk.
Bake at 325° for one hour.
