Bread Cases.
1 loaf Bread cut into Toast size. White or Brown.
4oz melted Butter in bowl.
Cut the crust off each slice and paint each side with the butter
Press into muffin pans.
Have oven at 300° - Cook until golden brown
Mushroom Sauce.
Peel and wash Mushrooms, fry in about 2oz butter, until cooked.
Cut into small pieces, add salt to taste, 1 Tablespoon
flour to pan and milk to make enough sauce to fill Bread cases.
