Thai Beef Salad

Thai Beef Salad.

Marinade
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves and flat leaved Parsley.
2 cloves Garlic crushed.
2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
2 Tablespoons Lemon or Lime juice.
1 Tablespoons Fish Sauce.
¼ cup Brown sugar.
1/4 cup chopped Mint.

Eye Fillet Steak. (4 thick slices).

After cooking the steak to your desire - let it rest for a few minutes then toss into the Marinade - cover and place in fridge for 24 hrs.

Garnish
2 Onions finely chopped.
1 punnet cherry tomatoes.
handful mint leaves
1 red chilli finely sliced.

To serve
Large Platter, use your Favourite Lettuce and garnish as above with slices of Fillet steak tossed over.
